Long time waiting for order 2 hours

Absolutely diabolical. Ask yourself prior to ordering: do you really want to order from a place with such a diverse menu? Yes, seems great to have such an extensive selection. But we all know that the best restaurants focus on specialised, minimalist menus; allowing their character and attention to detail. This restaurant has every category of food offered. How do you think it is prepared? Everything is mass produced and stored. Nothing fresh. Pasta kept up to a week, before it reaches maximum expiration. Indian dishes stored in the freezer for months... Gross. If you want pizza, go to an establishment that offers only pizza. Likewise, if you want Indian food then order from an authentic Indian takeaway. Or Chinese, or Mexican, or traditional German, steak, Italian pasta.... This Milano tries to steal everyone's interest with the wide menu. But it delivers a poor result. There are some good reviews here, but I can only imagine that they were left by people who'd enjoyed a few alcoholic beverages. We all know how appealing the most greasy, disgusting food can be when we've had a couple of beers. Disgusting. They should be grateful that I even bothered to leave a review here. One poor delivery too many from them I am afraid. Late deliveries, poorly reheated food, missing items, incorrect items... Once, twice, three times can be overlooked, especially if good customer service and friendly staff. But not here. Never, ever again.

Too god

Tonight we had pizza & salad delivered via the delivery service (Lieverando). That worked out great. 19.50 € for 2 pizzas, 2 salads and 1 coke. The supplier was lightning fast and brought the order to the hotel room :-) Mega and we liked it very much. 5 Stars

The pizza was actually "OK" if it were just the pizza I ordered. Ingredients were forgotten even though extra was paid for them. So I called the pizzeria. The man on the phone said I hadn't booked any additional side dishes. But on Lieferando I see something else .. I couldn't even get a word in and was literally laid on my face. Cheek to deal with his customers like that. The pizza felt a bit sloppy, but I honestly didn't expect better.

I ordered broccoli casserole to Zollhof Weil am Rhein. With a fairly precise description of where to deliver. The driver called me, he can't find me. I drive a truck and again describe exactly where my truck is. After a call that I cancel the order and my money (paid via PayPal) I was assured that the driver would start another delivery attempt. 5 minutes later he was there too, rude and aggressive. Unfortunately, never again

Every now and then they deliver the wrong pizza, but I think the Indian with a turban is very funny and is always delicious. But watch out for Croque Crazy, you get a thin whistle from there

Something is wrong with the bad reviews. Is there a competitor here? The pizzas are great, the side salads are good and then we love the meat dishes here. The sliced ​​meat, the Milanesa Bolognese and the schnitzel in the broccoli cream sauce are really delicious and a perennial favorite on our order list. Which is true: once we ordered a soup, it wasn't fine. That is why we have never dared to try the rump steak. But certainly 20 other times we were served deliciously, only once did I warn the punctuality. If that's not five stars?

Can hardly be reached by phone. If you are lucky you can place your order. Quality of the pizza is just right.

The best and freshest food in whole, Lörrach and Basel. Always hot always friendly always Indian.

Unfortunately the waiting time was much longer than stated on the phone. Pizza dough still raw in the middle. In terms of quality, the pizza was also nothing special. I don't need it again.

Never again will I order here! When the food was delivered by the older employee and I paid for it, I wanted to tip the supplier. He threw the change at my feet, turned around and began to insult me, as the tip seemed to him too little. I have been a regular customer, but I have never ordered here since and this will stay that way. Letting go of such unfriendly things to its customers is an absurdity! The food was ok, but you will find customer service in vain.

Delivery time 5/5, quality of the food 3.5 / 5. But that the pizza supplier had no change, is a joke. I should pay 17 €, I wanted to give him 18, also stated in the order that I have only a 20s. Nevertheless, the supplier comes without change and says that not when he is at the door, but only when it comes to paying. Will not order because of principle there, it can not be that one teases so tip.

Living in stones and with us, the order has never been longer than 20min needed and my kids love the food there ?

Never again, totally bad service, 2 hours waited and constantly on the phone. Then delivered wrong pizza and salad dressing. Taste never yells again. Then prefer frozen pizza which at least tastes good.

In the night service we ordered food yesterday, I took duck with vegetable peanut sauce and rice. I do not ask Milano for a star food, but the fat was floating on the sauce, not even stirring it. Color, consistency-it looked like someone would have been bad ..... really! I ate half of the duck and rice and it hit me all night. And that for 12.50. Really a joke !!!

I waited 2 hours for a delivery .. 1 call and it was said that the food would come in a few minutes, but it was another hour. When I tried to call again they pushed me away. Never again will there be an order.

Small mistakes happen to everyone, everywhere. But you shouldn't be taken too badly, because otherwise you'll do a really tasty job! Thank you. Those who spread bad criticism about you should show whether they can do better in this price range.

Pizzas are great but for other dishes like schnitzel or similar. you shouldn't expect too much. Payment is also possible in Swiss francs. Delivery times are fine.
